The St. Louis Community Help Desk, powered by AT&T recently celebrated 50 community members across 20+ zip codes who completed a series of digital literacy workshops and received laptops to support their continued growth. These graduates now have both the tools and training to make the most of today's connected world.

Participants gained hands-on experience in computer basics, email communication, internet navigation, online safety, accessibility settings, and more. Each graduate also received a refurbished laptop providing continued access to learning, employment, and daily use of technology.

The impact was clear: 100% of survey respondents reported feeling more confident using their laptop after completing the series, and 42% of participants cited learning web browsing, internet navigation, and search engine use.

Participants shared that they are now better equipped to build businesses, pursue educational goals, access digital resources, and navigate technology with greater confidence.
