A few scenes from the road lately. 🚙

A lot of miles, a lot of different scenery, some work along the way, and Sadie making herself very comfortable with this whole cross-country travel thing.

From the desert to the beach and plenty of highway in between, it’s been a pretty great way to see the country while getting to spend time with clients and friends along the way.

And apparently even the cars are happy to see us. 😂

A little on-the-job training this week. 📦

Barb was working with a team on stabilizing and packing this Talavera Mexican vase for transport.

Pieces like this are exactly why there’s a little more to packing than bubble wrap and a box. It’s fragile, it’s an awkward shape, and you need to make sure it’s supported well enough that it’s not moving around once it leaves the house.

Sometimes it’s just easier to teach with the actual piece sitting in front of you.
