November Project Phoenix is a FREE fitness movement that was born out of a desire to bring together people of all fitness levels to make each other better, faster, and stronger. We meet at 6am every Wednesday, rain or shine, at Papago Park Amphitheater or Arizona State University for a 30-minute workout that incorporates stairs with other plyometric exercises. This isn't your typical workout group. Come check it out for yourself! The closest parking lot for Papago Park is the West Buttes Lot, approximately 0.9 miles south, off of Galvin Parkway and Moreland St. across from the zoo. We recommend that you show up by 5:45am to ensure ample time to run to the amphitheater. Here is a map to help you find us:

Park in the West Buttes parking lot off Galvin Pkwy, across from Phoenix Zoo. Give yourself enough time to run/walk the .9 miles to the stairs. Early miles start at 5:25 from the parking lot if you're interested! Per park rules, dogs must be leashed before, during, and after the workout.

MONDAY HILLS AT FEMUR
Meet at 23rd Pl and Piestewa Peak Dr. (Like you’re heading to hike Piestewa, but turn left at the first street).
If you’re looking for a longer workout, early miles begin at 5:20am, starting from the blue X.
Hills workout begins at 5:45am.
Friendly reminder to wear bright colors so drivers can see you. 👀 AND this is a neighborhood, so be respectful.
Park in the yellow sections. The hill is highlighted in red. See you there!
