The Compassion Impact Center expands the work that partnering agencies are doing to give at-risk adults and families a hand-up as they seek to move forward.
CIC is a division of Compassion Strategies Inc, a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
Stacey has experienced homelessness for five years. Today, he gives back by volunteering at MAP and the Compassion Impact Center every Tuesday and Thursday! ๐๐
In this interview, Stacey shares his story, the realities of homelessness, and what it can feel like to get caught in the cycle. He also shares how MAP has been one of the greatest blessings in his lifeโand in the lives of so many others. ๐
Change can begin when someone learns about MAP and the resources available, makes a plan, and believes life can be different! ๐ฑโจ
MAP volunteers and partner agencies will meet you where you are with compassion, encouragement, and support. The past does not have to define your future. Sometimes, all it takes is an opportunity and someone who cares. ๐คโค๏ธ

๐ฟ Weโre getting closer!
Last week, the concrete was poured for our new showers at the Compassion Impact Center, marking another exciting step toward completion!
Weโre grateful to share that the project remains on track to be completed by the end of October. These new showers will help us provide greater dignity, care, and practical support to our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
A heartfelt thank you to every donor who made this project possible and to the construction crew working hard to bring it all together. Your generosity and dedication are helping us change the storyโone person at a time.

HELP CHANGE THE STORY โค๏ธ
Sometimes change begins with something simpleโa shower, a meal, clean clothes, medical care, an ID, or someone willing to listen.
At the Compassion Impact Center, those moments become relationships. And relationships can become pathways out of homelessness.
Every week, agencies, volunteers, churches, healthcare providers, and community partners come together with one purpose: to walk alongside our neighbors and help them take their next step forward.
There is still much work to do. But every person matters. Every step matters. Every story matters.
