Book Review!! 5 ⭐️

“You light me on fire, and I fking burn for you.”

I had the pleasure of reading this book before it was released & I just have to say, Meg Riley knows how to write a book!!

This one had the tension, chemistry, character growth, a little sprinkle of drama (just a smidge of miscommunication drama, which is always a plus for me. Toxic, I know.🤣) and some humor(think three legged goat & a snuggle tooth chihuahua mix).

As for the characters, Beck is our grumpy cowboy & Lyla is his outspoken, childhood crush. 🥹 He obviously falls first. 😍

This book is definitely a slow burn 🔥 but the spice did come. (Pun intended) 🥵 I did not want to put this book down. I enjoyed every minute of it.

I cannot wait to read the rest of this series!
