First Tee - Tucson

The 2026 Ricki Rarick Summer Tournament Series has come to a close, and what a season it was! 🏆
Our Tournament of Champions delivered plenty of excitement, including a lightning delay and a thrilling on-course playoff in the Boys 11-12 age division. Watching these young athletes compete with such focus and sportsmanship is exactly why we do this work.

We want to extend our deepest thanks to Golf Club at Dove Mountain and The Gallery Golf Club for hosting. We're especially grateful to the members at both clubs who stepped up to shuttle players on the longer walks between holes — that kind of hospitality doesn't go unnoticed, and it made a real difference for our junior golfers.

Check out the photos below to celebrate our Tournament of Champions trophy winners! Congratulations to all our participants on a fantastic summer season. ⛳️🏌️

🏌️ Ricki Rarick Pima County Jr. Classic – Recap ⛳

What a week for our First Tee – Tucson junior golfers! Over two days, our players took on The Club at Starr Pass and The Views Golf Club, walking the golf courses through tough wind and heat. Their grit and determination out there was something special to watch.

Congratulations to our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in every age division — you represented First Tee – Tucson with heart and class! 🥇🥈🥉

Moments like these are exactly why we do this work — building character, resilience, and confidence in young golfers, one round at a time. Proud of every competitor who teed it up this week!

🏆 Tucson is REPRESENTED at the First Tee National Championship! 🌵⛳

Oliver, Kallum, and Ariela are competing THIS WEEK at Finley Golf Club at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill — one of 48 elite junior golfers selected from across the country to compete in this prestigious 54-hole stroke-play event.

This is the only national First Tee event that is purely tournament golf, and these three earned their spots through skill, dedication, and the strength of character that defines everything we do at First Tee – Tucson. We couldn't be prouder! 💪

Go get it, Oliver, Kallum & Ariela! The desert is cheering you on! 🌵❤️

Proud of Ariela, Oliver, and Kallum making it to The First Tee National Championship representing First Tee - Tucson.

🏆 Congratulations to all of our medal winners at the Ricki Rarick Catalina Rincon Junior Championship!
A field of 76 junior golfers ages 6–18 took on the course at Forty Niner Country Club, and the competition was outstanding from the youngest players to the oldest.
We have to give a special highlight to Brody Olayvar in the Boys 15–18 division, who shot an incredible 63 in Round 1 — an outstanding performance! 🙌
Thank you to Forty Niner CC for hosting and supporting our juniors. Events like this are possible because of partners who believe in the power of golf to change young lives. We're also grateful for the continued support of the Arizona Alliance for Golf.
