As a reminder, I currently offer:
🤍 Birth Doula Support — emotional, physical, and educational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum.
🤍 Daytime Postpartum Care — nourishing meals, light household work, herbal baths & bodywork, and newborn care to help mama rest and recover.
🤍 Nighttime Newborn Care — overnight newborn care so parents can get some much-needed sleep while baby is cared for. (A new offering — more to be shared soon!)
