We pride ourselves in offering our products at prices that everyone can afford...........So come join us at the place where even royalty prefers to wear Ragg'z! My main priority is to have happy customers. This is how I truly feel and run my business accordingly. In turn, these are some business guidlines and policies:

All invoices must be paid within 48hrs of being sent by paypal only. (If you have a dilemma with this, I encourage you to speak with me.) All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless, merchandise is defective and reported within 2 days of delivery. (If there is a problem with a sell, please contact me and we will rectify the issue.) Shipping Time Frame - It depends on several things....if the merchandise is in stock or has to be ordered, if the item is custom, etc., and last but not least-if my family is well and not totally consumed with a specific sport. I am a mom to 3 boys-15yrs, 8yrs, and 2yrs old. I am constantly on the go with the big age difference and my family always comes first! I do strive to please my customers! I have an online boutique because I enjoy it! All policies and guidlines are subject to change at any time with no prior notification being given. New policies and guidlines will be added as I deem necessary.
