We recently added drawing tablets to our Practicum classroom, giving our students who love illustration and digital art a whole new way to create! 🖊️💻

And it didn’t take long to see what they could do! In just one class period of doodling and experimenting, senior A’Dareon Franklin created this adorable stop-motion animation. 🥹🎬

Sometimes all a creative student needs is a new tool and the freedom to see where it takes them. We can’t wait to see what A’Dareon creates next and know that she has a bright artistic future ahead of her! 💙🐾

🚀🌎 CELEBRATING HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH! 🌎🚀

Our Graphic Design II students are continuing their Hispanic Heritage Month series by highlighting Ellen Ochoa, engineer, astronaut, and trailblazer. ✨

Ochoa became the first Latina to travel to space and later the first Latina to serve as director of NASA’s Johnson Space Center.

Stay tuned as our students continue using their design skills to celebrate influential Hispanic and Latino figures throughout the month! 💙🐾
