The last sip of Euro summer. 🌞

Serpentine tables, white wash seating and rich amber goblets covered this tabletop in a golden haze. A little citrus, a little color and a look that feels like summer lingering just a little longer.

Meet Kathleen!

Originally from Ithaca, New York, Kathleen earned her bachelor’s degree from Xavier University and spent several years as an educator with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools before finding her way into the event industry.

Her interest in events began while coordinating for a local wedding and floral business, where she discovered a love for the artistry of tablescapes and the way thoughtful rental details can transform a blank space into a beautiful, cohesive event. Now, as an Event Consultant at Party Reflections, Kathleen is in her element connecting with clients in the showroom, helping them explore inventory and guiding them through the planning process as their vision comes to life.

Outside of work, Kathleen loves spending quality time with her husband and son, finding new coffee shops and restaurants to try and taking any chance she can to head to the beach.

We’re so happy to have Kathleen on the Party Reflections team!

Wedding maxxing starts with knowing what is worth it.

Think of the pieces that do more than look pretty: tabletop that photographs beautifully, lounge setups that keep people mingling, dance floor details that bring the energy and tenting that helps the day run smoothly.

Take a closer look at a few rental details worth making room for in the budget.

A fully dressed table is a love language, and it is certainly ours.

Inside the greenhouse, every place setting, chair tie, floral stem and “just married” detail had its moment. This is the kind of reception that makes every seat feel special.

From mahjong and tennis to chess, cards and pool, each game brings its own kind of event aesthetic. Some feel playful and colorful, others classic, polished or effortlessly cool.
