Instead of creating another traditional real estate ad, I wanted this Artis—Naples program book ad to feel more like an editorial feature to resonate with sophisticated audiences. The ballerina image felt like the perfect fit for the theater setting, conveying elegance and movement without feeling overly sales-driven. I intentionally kept the copy and branding minimal so the design could breathe and stand apart. Much of the program, both ads and editorial, is text-heavy. Often, a quieter, more refined approach is exactly what captures attention. Great design isn't always about saying more; sometimes it's about knowing what to leave out.
