Ox Hunting Ranch

What an incredible opening weekend of whitetail season at Ox Ranch! 🦌🔥

18 whitetail bucks and thousands of inches of antler! From returning clients to first-time guests, this weekend brought exciting hunts and memories that will last a lifetime.

Pictured are 15 of the 18 bucks harvested; the remaining three clients requested privacy, which we’re happy to respect.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our incredible guides and staff for making it all happen. What a way to kick off the season! 🙌

A special congratulations to eight-year-old Jax, who harvested a zebra and a blackbuck, and 12-year-old Maisley, who harvested a white stag and a Texas Dall. Way to go, Jax and Maisley!

A loaded burger, golden fries, and a cold beer, the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring Ox Ranch.

Who’s pulling up a chair?

There’s more to an Ox Ranch stay than the hunt.

Tucked among the trees, The Sanctuary offers a quiet place to slow down and take in the beauty of the ranch. Whether you’re leaving a busy workweek behind or returning from a long day in the field, Samantha, our on-site massage therapist, is here to help you relax and recharge.

Hiking uneven terrain, carrying gear, drawing a bow, and packing out game can leave you feeling sore. Hunters often notice it in their:

• Lower back after climbing or carrying heavy gear
• Shoulders after repeatedly drawing a bow or handling equipment
• Calves and legs after sitting for hours, then tackling a steep hike
• Hamstrings and outer thighs after walking uneven ground and bending
• Neck and upper back after time in a blind or stand with a heavy pack

Samantha offers a variety of massage options and can tailor your session to the areas where you’d like attention. Book before your hunt to settle in, or afterward to celebrate your harvest and unwind.

Relax. Recharge. Restore with Samantha. Ask our team about The Sanctuary during your stay.
