Jeffrey Clark, a Kentucky man wrongly convicted in the 1992 killing of 19-year-old Rhonda Sue Warford, spent 22 years in prison before being exonerated in 2018. A jury later awarded him more than $24 million after he argued investigators framed
The case remains unsolved, and no one has been charged with Warford's murder. Clark's legal team said DNA testing eventually undercut the prosecution's key evidence, including a hair that investigators had claimed matched his co-defendant.
