All penalties, both civil and criminal, should be eliminated for responsible use. Further, to eliminate the crime, corruption and violence associated with any illicit market, a legally regulated market should be established where consumers could buy ma*****na in a safe and secure environment.

For years, warnings about fentanyl-contaminated w**d have circulated in news reports, public service announcements, and statements from law enforcement. But according to a new analysis, there is no evidence that those claims reflect what's actually happening in the real world.

Researchers examined cannabis samples obtained from unregulated sources and found no evidence of fentanyl contamination, adding to a growing body of evidence challenging one of the most persistent ma*****na myths.

Patients who take traditional medications, including opioids and benzodiazepines, do not face punishment in the workplace unless their on-the-job performance is impaired. Patients who consume medical cannabis during their off-hours should be treated equally.

🚨 The DEA is moving forward with a hearing on the legal status of ma*****na, but the people most affected by federal cannabis policy won't be in the room.
