The Springfield CBC Commuter Parking Garage was designed with multi-use space to enhance both transit and social connections for the Fairfax County community. The facility had its debut as an event venue on Saturday hosting Fairfax Connector's Winterfest! Always uplifting to see our efforts paying off for the community.

We are excited to share our design for a 12-story, 256-unit residential development in Rosslyn with Sentinel Real Estate! This project brings nature and urban living together, featuring a dog park, a nature conservation area, and an accessible boardwalk overlook. Stay tuned for updates!

256-Unit Project Proposed to Replace Rosslyn Buildings Moves Forward Sentinel Real Estate filed a revised conceptual site plan application this week to replace the 63-unit mid-century Crestmont Apartments with a new residential project.

Our Third Annual Principal Cocktail Contest was a night to remember—full of surprises, shaken and stirred to perfection! The stakes were high as Bob, Eric, Sean, Ingrid, and Doug went head-to-head for the coveted title of Master Mixologist.

We're excited to be working with Landmark Properties to bring 2,079 beds of student housing to the University of Maryland campus! With 601 fully furnished, studio to five-bedroom units, covered garage parking below an an amenity/pool deck, green space, a study lounge and cafe, and more, The Mark College Park will be built on a 4.5-acre site, bridging the Knox Road gap between WDG projects Terrapin Row and Union on Knox. One more award to announce this week! The 2024 Multifamily Executive Awards were presented yesterday at the MFE Conference in Las Vegas, and the winner of the Merit Award for Mid-Rise is Clarendon West! The three-building, 600-unit development in Arlington, VA, is comprised of Earl Apartments and Alexan Fitzroy. Congrats to the project team!
