Dropped off some Black Pearl Oysters at Engelbrecht farmstand
This is a relatively new variety of cultivated mushroom. A hybrid between king trumpet and oyster mushrooms. It has a wonderfully nutty amazing taste and it's firmness makes it extremely versatile in the ways you can cook it.
