The countdown to the 2026 Summer Soul Classic Weekend is officially underway, and we’re looking for dedicated people who want to help make this year BIGGER, smoother, and more impactful for the community!

We are currently looking for:
🔹 Planning Committee Members
If you enjoy organizing events, working with the community, brainstorming ideas, helping with logistics, sponsorships, vendors, entertainment, or promotions, we need you at the table. This takes a team, not just a few people carrying the weight every year.

🔹 Flatbed Trailer Needed
We are looking for access to a flatbed trailer to assist with parade and entertainment needs during Summer Soul Classic Weekend.

🔹 Generator Needed
Seeking a generator to help support music, sound, and event operations during the weekend activities.

🔹 Parade Volunteers
We need volunteers to assist with:
• Parade lineup
• Crowd support
• Registration/check-in
• Vendor assistance
• General event support

Summer Soul is more than an event , it’s legacy, culture, community pride, and bringing people together. Every year people show up for the fun, but this year we’re asking people to also show up for the work behind the scenes.
