She thought her SIBO was back. Turns out her gut needed something totally different. 👀

Sarah had already been through multiple rounds of SIBO treatment. So when her symptoms returned, she assumed she needed another round of the same. What she actually needed was the opposite. Swipe through for her story.

Most women are getting about half the amount of fiber they actually need, and fiber is doing way more behind the scenes than just keeping you "regular."

✅ Blood sugar: It slows down how fast sugar hits your bloodstream, which means fewer spikes and crashes throughout the day.

✅ Gut health: It feeds the good bacteria in your gut, and when those bacteria break fiber down, they produce short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) — compounds that lower inflammation and help keep your gut lining strong.

✅ Appetite: It slows digestion and keeps you fuller longer, so you're not white-knuckling your way through 3 PM cravings.

✅ Hormones: Fiber also helps your body clear out excess estrogen instead of letting it recirculate, which plays a real role in hormone balance.

Most women in my practice who come to me “eating healthy” or counting macros still aren’t getting enough fiber.

Swipe through the slides to see what a day of eating 30+ grams of fiber actually looks like.

And if you've tried adding more fiber and felt worse instead of better, that's worth paying attention to. It means your gut isn’t ready- we have some rebalancing work to do before you can boost your intake.

Flat stomach in the morning. Six months pregnant by 6 PM. Sound familiar? 🙃

You've probably tried to eat "clean" to fix it: more salads, small frequent meals, high fiber foods, cutting out gluten or dairy. Here's the thing nobody tells you. Some of the habits that sound the healthiest are actually the ones keeping you bloated.

If you’re unbuttoning your pants by 6 PM every day, you don’t need to cut out entire food groups or eat “cleaner.”

👉🏻 You need to start by fixing your digestion. If your gut can't digest and break down your food properly, your food will just get fermented in your gut, causing lots of gas and uncomfortable bloating- even on a “clean” diet.

If you’re ready to make it through your day without needing your stretchy pants, let’s get to the root of what’s going in your gut. Link in bio to request an appointment.

A normal colonoscopy doesn't always mean nothing is wrong. Sometimes it just means the root cause hasn't been found yet.

For a lot of women, the next step after "everything looks normal" is another prescription, another round of tests, or being told “it’s just IBS”. Kasey knew that wasn't the answer for her.

Getting to the root cause required looking at the whole picture, not just chasing symptoms one medication at a time. It also meant understanding what was actually happening in her gut, since some of the "healthy" foods she'd been eating were making her feel worse, and rebuilding her microbiome after her protocol, to keep her symptoms from coming back.

If you deal with reflux, you've probably been told the problem is too much stomach acid. In a lot of cases, it's actually too little.

Stomach acid does more than break down food. It's what triggers the lower esophageal sphincter, the valve between your stomach and esophagus, to close properly. Without enough acid, that valve doesn't get the signal it needs, and the small amount of acid you do have creeps upward instead of staying where it belongs.

This is also why antacids often stop working over time. They're addressing the acid that's there, not the root of the problem.

Low stomach acid doesn't stop at reflux. Left unaddressed, it can lead to nutrient deficiencies, SIBO, and gut dysbiosis, since acid also plays a role in absorbing key nutrients and keeping bacteria in check.

Comment THRIVE to schedule an assessment and find out if this is what's actually going on for you.

More electrolytes isn't automatically better hydration. It depends entirely on which minerals you're actually getting.

Most sodium-heavy drinks are solving a problem you may not have while ignoring the one you do.

Meet Jessie. 👋

She was a pretty healthy eater. Did a lot of things right. But every single time she traveled, constipation hit hard -- and it completely took the fun out of going anywhere. 😩

Her standard labs? Normal. Nothing to see here.
But functional testing told a completely different story. 🔬

✅ Depleted minerals.
✅Lacking beneficial bacteria.
✅Digestive insufficiency.
✅An overactive gut immune system.

Four things that were quietly driving her symptoms the whole time -- none of which showed up on a routine blood panel.

Once we had real data, we could actually do something with it.

We repleted her minerals, rebuilt her microbiome, improved her digestion, and adjusted her meals to give her gut what it actually needed. 🌱

The result? Jessie travels now -- freely, comfortably, and without stressing about her gut. ✈️

If you have been told your labs are normal but you still feel terrible, that is not the whole picture. There is more to see -- you just need the right tests to see it.

Comment THRIVE to get started.

A few thoughts from my heart after many months away from social media ❤

This extended break was so restorative for my mental health and for the health of my business. I've been away from social media, but I haven't taken a step back from my nutrition practice at all.

I think I'll be coming back here soon, but it's going it's going to look different. I'll be here to share helpful and inspiring content, but I've made a shift in how I am marketing my business.

Using social media for marketing my practice no longer feels aligned with me.

In 2025, you'll be seeing me sharing some helpful content here, but also sharing more on my blog and maybe on YouTube later this year (that 2nd one is yet to be determined 😂)

If you've been a client of mine, I would love for you to share about my services with your friends that might benefit and leave me a review on Google if you haven't already. This is how my practice is growing right now and what I'm choosing to lean in to.

If you're still here, thanks for reading and following along!

In health and hope,

Becky 💕

Yes, I share parts of my life on this platform, including my own story with nutrition and the health habits that have helped me optimize my metabolism.

But you won't see me sharing photos or videos of myself in a bikini, implying that when you work with me, you can look like me.

Not that there's anything wrong with posting photos of yourself by the pool 👙

But this platform is full of health coaches and influencers sending the message, "follow my plan and you will look like me."

And it most cases, that's just not true.

Your body is unique, and there is no guarantee that if you eat and exercise exactly like someone else, you'll get a body like hers.

And this just sets us up for comparison, discouragement, and self-hatred. None of which is helpful for truly transforming your habits and your health.

So if no one's told you recently, your body is good.

Even if...

👉 You have some work to do to improve your health

👉You're going through a stage of life that's left you feeling like a stranger in your own body

👉You've totally ignored your health for years

👉 You've abused your body with years of dieting and restriction

👉 or your body just isn't responding the way you think it should
..your body is good.

Stop looking for "the plan" that will give you the 10 steps to finally get a perfect body and start asking yourself what YOUR body needs to start thriving.

And if you have no idea where to start to figure out what your body needs, I can help 😉

This is a hard truth about weight loss ⬇️

95% of people who go on a diet either fail to lose weight, or fail to keep it off.

Those numbers are bleak, but that doesn't mean we throw in the towel on attempting to reach a healthier weight.

It means we need a different strategy. Obviously, the way we've been taught to diet just doesn't work.

Why do diets fail?

1️⃣ They're overly restrictive, and you just can't stick with it for the long term. If you love pasta, then you're only going to be able to stick with a keto diet for so long before you decide you just don't love your life without carbs.

2️⃣ Typical diets slow down your metabolism, making is nearly impossible to maintain your weight loss. This is called metabolic adaptation! The faster you lose weight, the bigger the impact on your metabolism!

3️⃣ Your diet didn't help you change your habits and lifestyle, or fix your relationship with food.

4️⃣ You're trying to follow a cookie cutter plan instead of figuring out what works for YOUR life and YOUR body.

If you want to be a part of the 5% that actually loses weight and keeps it off, you have to commit to the long game.

Results that LAST requires...

👉 Prioritizing a healthy metabolism over seeing the scale move as quickly as possible

👉 Building habits that slowly become a part of who you are (instead of trying to add 10 new habits all at once)

👉 Doing the mindset work to develop a healthier relationship with food. This one is non-negotiable for lasting results!

If you're ready to get off the yo-yo diet cycle and finally lose the weight for good, I'd love to help you. I'm opening 5️⃣ 1:1 coaching spots for May!

DM me I'M READY and let's chat about how you can get started.
