Sterling Performance Equine

Tune out the noise. Keep putting in the work.

Keep developing better horses, building better relationships, and growing the program.

The horse business is a long game. Stay focused. Keep building. No matter what.

After a beautiful wedding and some much needed time away, we’re officially back in the saddle!

A huge thank you to everyone who kept the wheels turning while we were away and to everyone who helped make our wedding so special. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Sterling Performance Equine is officially under new management… just kidding. 😉 But our trainer did get a new last name!

Courtney officially said “I do” to her best friend, Trent.

Thank you to our clients and supporters for allowing us a few days away from the barn to celebrate. We’ll be back soon and ready to get back to work!

Big news! 🤍 Trent and I are getting married!

We’ll be “closed” September 22nd–October 4th while we take some time to get married, celebrate, and enjoy our honeymoon!
The business will still be running during that time. All training horses will still be worked as scheduled, and we will still be giving limited lessons. I’ll be taking a little break and will be unavailable during those dates.

A huge thank you to our team for keeping everything running while I’m away, and to all of our clients for being so understanding and supportive. We appreciate you all more than you know! ❤️
We’ll see everyone when we get back!

A HUGE congratulations is in order for Aaliyah Matzek & "CJ" Mr Magnum Montana!

This team qualified at the Sunflower Slide for the Youth Run For A Million Semi Finals! The next step will be at the NRHA Derby.

What an incredible accomplishment for a young rider who continues to put in the work, stay dedicated, and chase big goals. We couldn’t be more proud of this team and everything they’ve accomplished together.

Hard work. Dedication. Partnership. Earn the brand.
The journey continues!

When you feel discouraged, look back at where you started. Every horse you’ve started, every setback you’ve overcome, every long day in the barn, it all counts.

Be proud of how far you’ve come. Then get back to work.
