Two venues, one wedding day, and a whole lot of BTS coordination ✨

Weddings with separate ceremony and reception locations require a little extra planning, and that’s where our team comes in! From decorating and setting up both spaces, to moving decor from the ceremony to the reception, assisting everyone down the aisle, communicating with vendors, and making sure everything is ready for the celebration… there are a lot of moving pieces happening at once.

That’s exactly why we always send at least two coordinators (and sometimes more!) to our weddings. While one coordinator is making sure the ceremony runs seamlessly, another can be preparing for everything happening next!

Because while you’re saying “I do,” we’re already working behind the scenes to make sure your reception is ready for you to celebrate! 🥂

A few tips to make your sparkler exit picture perfect ✨
• Use longer sparklers for a longer burn time.
• Have guests light them at the same time (or your coordinators will go down the line)
• Walk slowly and stop occasionally for some posing!
• Designate someone to help organize guests beforehand (that would be us!)
