Meet Curtis!

ICT Lactation’s behind-the-scenes fixer and Elisabeth’s biggest supporter. 🤍
Curtis may not be the one you see during a lactation visit, but he plays a pretty important role in keeping ICT Lactation running smoothly.

He is our unofficial IT specialist, always ready to help when the internet is acting up, the printer refuses to cooperate, or that darn laptop just isn’t doing what it is supposed to do. 😂

He is also the plant daddy of the office, the main office cleaner, and one of the first people Elisabeth turns to when she needs help troubleshooting a problem, whether it is technology, office logistics, or just figuring out the next best step.

Most importantly, Curtis has been beside Elisabeth through ICT Lactation's growth from the very beginning. He is her biggest supporter, encourager, sounding board, and steady presence behind the scenes.

Every small business has people who help make the dream possible, even if you do not always see them, and Curtis is absolutely one of those people for ICT Lactation. 🫶

We are pretty lucky to have him on the team. 🤍

Meet Delaney — one of the little girls who helped shape the heart behind ICT Lactation. 🤍
When Delaney joined the family in 2015, Elisabeth already knew that breastfeeding didn’t always go according to plan. Her experience with Sydney had taught her to ask more questions, seek out support, and know that there were options when feeding became difficult.

And Delaney gave her plenty of opportunities to put all of that into practice. 🫶

Their journey included continued weight loss, lots of supplemental pumping, supplementing with a supplemental nursing system, slow weight gain, and navigating both a tongue-tie and lip-tie. With the support of a breastfeeding clinic and a whole lot of persistence, Elisabeth and Delaney worked through each challenge together. Delaney eventually weaned at 16 months. (ICT Lactation)

That journey deepened Elisabeth’s passion for understanding why feeding challenges happen and reinforced just how valuable knowledgeable, compassionate lactation support can be. Those experiences with both of her girls became an important part of the foundation of ICT Lactation. (ICT Lactation)

These days, Delaney still has an important role on the ICT Lactation team. 🤍 You might find her helping with office laundry, learning the ropes of mailing birthday cards to our ICT Lactation babies, keeping her mama laughing, and—possibly her most important job—giving the best snuggles at the end of a long day.

From helping shape her mama’s passion for lactation care to now helping behind the scenes, Delaney will always be a pretty special part of the ICT Lactation story. 🫶

Meet Sydney! One of the original reasons behind ICT Lactation. 🤍
Sydney made Elisabeth a mom in 2011, and their breastfeeding journey turned out to be anything but the easy, “natural” experience Elisabeth expected.

Together, they worked through using a ni**le shield, a tongue-tie, supplementing with a supplemental nursing system, and pumping so Sydney could be fed exclusively with breast milk. Through all of the challenges, they found their way, and continued breastfeeding until Sydney weaned at 14 months.

That experience planted some of the very first seeds for what would eventually become ICT Lactation. Elisabeth knew how much it mattered to have someone there to offer support, answers, reassurance, and encouragement when feeding felt hard.

Now Sydney gets to be part of ICT Lactation in a whole new way. 🫶 Around the office, you may find her helping with laundry and cleaning, mailing birthday cards to our babies, and perhaps most importantly… reminding her mom that it is, in fact, okay to stop working in the evening. 😂

From the little baby who helped inspire it all to a behind-the-scenes member of the ICT Lactation family we think that makes Sydney’s role pretty special. 🤍

Meet Bethany — our CLC who brings years of experience supporting moms through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. 🤍

Bethany has supported families as a birth and postpartum doula for more than 12 years. Her own experiences with motherhood and doula support helped shape the work she does today and eventually led her to become a Certified Lactation Counselor.

She loves walking alongside moms during the postpartum season and making sure they feel seen, heard, and supported not just as a mother, but as a person.

Bethany understands that every feeding journey looks different. Her goal is to listen, encourage, troubleshoot, and help families build confidence while working toward the goals that feel right for them.

For Bethany, lactation support is a natural extension of the care she has always loved providing and it’s the kind of support she wishes she had during that season of her own life. 🫶

Meet Elisabeth Goebel 09/17/2026

I’ve always felt incredibly privileged and blessed by the business I’ve been able to grow from the very beginning. It’s such a lovely experience to be interviewed and asked questions that people may not always know the answers to—like the backstory of how ICT Lactation began, what it took to fund the startup, and the journey that helped shape the business into what it is today.
It’s been special to reflect on those early days and remember just how far this business has come. 💕

Meet Susan — one of the RN, IBCLCs on the ICT Lactation team. 🤍

Susan has been a registered nurse for 9 years and has been an IBCLC since 2022. She especially enjoys working with first-time moms and helping with latch and positioning so feeding can feel more comfortable and manageable.

Her goal is for families to leave their visits feeling comfortable, prepared, and more confident caring for and feeding their baby. Susan believes that understanding the “why” behind recommendations is an important part of helping families feel empowered and successful.

She loves being able to provide education, reassurance, and practical support during such a new and important season of life. 🫶

Meet Kaylee! One of the compassionate IBCLCs on the ICT Lactation team. 🤍

Kaylee has worked in lactation for almost 4 years, first as a CLC and now as an IBCLC. She also holds a master’s degree in school counseling, which helps shape her thoughtful, supportive approach to care.

She especially loves helping families find balance in their feeding goals and reminding them that feeding does not have to be all or nothing. Her goal is to help families feel more peaceful, supported, and confident—even when the journey feels overwhelming.

Kaylee views each visit as an invitation into a very personal season of life. She takes time to listen, understand what each family needs, and help make the journey feel a little lighter.

The relationships she builds with moms and families are what keep her passionate about this work—and she wants every mom to know she has a community cheering her on. 🫶
