Our goal is to support them in building meaningful connections and a strong support system that creates future opportunities for themselves and their families.

TT fosters community engagement by hosting monthly activities bringing together adults with special needs and the broader community to build connections, share new experiences, and create a supportive, inclusive network for all involved. We are dedicated to fostering inclusion for the special needs community by helping individuals develop social skills that empower them to not only integrate into society but to thrive.

We have a lot to be grateful for! đź’™

From our baseball game this spring to the Play Ball clinic this summer, we’ve made some great memories with the Wilson Warbirds!

Our friends at The SPOT - Wilson Youth United joined us in sending a special message their way, and we couldn’t have said it better!

Thank you, Warbirds, for a great season!

Dinner and a movie is even better when everyone gets to be part of the fun! 🎬

Our Inclusive Dinner and Movie created an opportunity for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their supporters to get out in the community, connect with others, and enjoy a delicious dinner and 'Wonder' at The SPOT - Wilson Youth United

A big thank you to Matt Edwards, his students, and The SPOT team for helping make the evening possible! We’re also grateful to Wilson Energy (City of Wilson, NC - Government) for donating the light-up balls that added even more fun to the evening.

Thank you to our participants, families, caregivers, and volunteers for joining us. We had such a great time that we’re already talking about ideas for next year!

Registration for our Inclusive Dinner and Movie featuring 'Wonder' is officially full! 🎬

Thank you to everyone who registered and to our community for such a wonderful response. We’re looking forward to an afternoon of dinner, a movie, friendship, and connection. A special thank you to The SPOT - Wilson Youth United for welcoming us for this month’s event!

Through 'Wonder,' we hope to encourage young people to think and talk about how they connect with people who may be different from them, while creating opportunities to experience inclusion firsthand. We’re excited to see these conversations and connections come to life as we spend the afternoon together!

Looking for another opportunity to join us this month? Monthly Bowling is coming up September 24 at 4:30 p.m. at Westview Lanes. Registration is required, so be sure to reserve your spot.

To our participants, families, supporters, Wilson Arts, Wesley at WhirliDogs, our wonderful host Cathy and teacher, Lori Richardson, and everyone who helped bring the evening together: thank you for sharing your time, talents, and encouragement with us. You didn’t simply help host an art event—you helped support inclusive community and create a memory! Looking forward to next month’s event already. See you back on Oct 1st!
