All frags are healthy and healed for at least 2 weeks prior to being shipped out. We guarantee that our corals will arrive to you professionally packed and alive. In the event that your coral arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival), you must contact us immediately and provide a clear photo of the dead coral within 2 hours or receiving the shipment. You will be issued a store credit for the full price of the coral, minus the shipping. We are not responsible for delays due to the weather. There are no refunds on shipping charges unless the carrier failed to deliver on time and has issued a refund for their services. We may ask to allow 2-3 weeks for stressed or damaged corals to be evaluated for DOA. Many corals bounce back and begin to quickly recover from shipping stress. TERMS & CONDITIONS
