AI With Intent
AI DOing the work, not just chatting
I setup & audit AI workspaces for women in biz - online & in-person.
No tech rabbit holes, no AI overwhelm when you learn from Tania at AI with Intent.
I'm about to spend two weeks as support crew on a trip designed around motorbike riders. I am not, and have never been, a motorbike person.
I don't want to become a rider to be part of it. I just want to be there for it.
That's basically the AI conversation too.
I talk to business owners constantly who know Claude could do more for them, no question.
But their actual desire to sit down and learn it themselves properly? Down near zero.
Meanwhile the noise about AI is deafening, every guru telling you what it can supposedly do.
That gap is real. I'm sitting in it ready to help you.
You don't have to become the rider. You just have to be willing to be part of the trip... and have someone else build the basics properly.
Claude can be brilliant and still be useless to your business if it can't actually see your files, your inbox, your calendar.
Here's why: every tool needs its own kind of plug.
Each tool you connect, Google Drive, Gmail, your calendar, and plenty of others beyond just Google's suite, needs its own connector, called an MCP.
Think of it like a unique plug, every tool has its own shape, and an MCP is what lets Claude actually plug into that specific one instead of just knowing it exists.
Once it's connected, Claude can read your real files and work from them directly, instead of you pasting the same background information in every single time.
One thing worth knowing: what a connector can do is set by the tool, not by Claude.
Google Sheets is a good example, Claude can create a new spreadsheet through it, but can't edit one that already exists.
You can check exactly what any connector allows before you add it, right there in the settings screen.
Pick one tool you use daily, check what it can actually do, and connect it today.
Save this for when you're ready to create your tech stack to Claude and follow for more guidance on using AI With Intent.

There's a lot of noise right now about what AI can supposedly do for your business. π
If it can genuinely do even half of what we keep hearing about, why should that only be available to the people with the time and patience to go figure it out themselves?
Women running businesses deserve to benefit from this without having to become the person who learns it inside out.
That gap, between the noise and your actual desire to learn it? That's exactly where I stand.
Where are you on the learn-AI desire scale?
0 is please don't make me touch it, 10 is certified supernerd, tech bro territory...
I'm about a 7.5.
No judgement either way, I love a good rabbit hole, I'm just not devoting my whole life to it.

What's the difference π€
Say you set up a Scheduled Task to draft your weekly content brief...
Build it standalone, and it's working from your global instructions and whatever Skills you've saved, same as any fresh chat.
Useful, but generic.
Build the exact same task inside your Content project instead, and it's also pulling from every brief you've saved in there...
your brand docs,
the context that project has built up over time just from you using it.
Same prompt.
Same setup steps.
Completely different output.
That's the bit almost nobody tells you when they explain Scheduled Tasks: it's not just what you ask for, it's where you build it.
Quick way to decide: if the task belongs to one specific part of your business, that's where it lives.
If it's genuinely general, standalone's fine.
When you set up your next Scheduled Task in Cowork, look for "work in a project or folder", that's the field doing all this work.
Save this for when you're ready to create your first scheduled task inside a project and follow for more guidance on using AI With Intent.

You're supposed to be working with AI. Not for it! π₯
But for a lot of women running businesses right now, that's exactly what's happening...
Copy-pasting between tools, rewriting every output so it sounds like you, running half a dozen things that sort of work and still somehow spending more time managing the tools than getting any time back.
The AI Reno Quiz takes about two minutes...
questions about your business, your week and where you are with AI right now.
At the end, you know exactly which renovation stage you're in and what the right next step is from there, whether that's learning to build it yourself or handing the whole reno over to someone who builds these every day.
Buuuuttt, the setup that works for your business starts in the same place no matter which stage you're at:
π§ understanding how your business actually runs,
π§ knowing what repeats every week,
π§ what YOUR biz voice, offers and goals are.
Without that foundation, even the best tools just add to the pile.
Comment RENO and I'll send you the quiz link π οΈ
You've probably got at least one task you do the same way, every single week.
Here's how you stop doing it yourself...
A Scheduled Task is instructions you save once, and Claude repeats them on its own, on a schedule, without you opening a chat and asking.
Four things to decide when you set one up:
1. The trigger β what sets off the task,
2. The when - a day and time
3. What it produces, a summary, a brief, a draft
4. Where the output goes
Don't start by asking what Claude can do. Start by asking what your headache actually is.
What's the one thing you do every week that you'd love to just hand off? That's the one to automate first.
Only 5% of businesses using AI are actually getting real value from it. This is one of the fastest ways to move toward being one of them.
Save this for when you're ready to set up your first one.

A Scheduled Task runs on its own, without you there to guide it in the moment. The more Claude already knows about how you work, the better that goes. That's exactly what Global Instructions gives it.

Your actual desire to go learn it?
Somewhere else entirely?? No judgement.

"What can Claude do?" isn't really the question worth asking.
The real one is what it could do for your business specifically?!
There's no generic list of things Claude can do that's actually true for everyone.
Tell me the one thing eating your time this week... sorry it canβt be meal prep or cleaning the shower just yet... I'll tell you honestly if Claude could help.

69% of small businesses are using AI now. Only 5% are actually set up well enough to get real value from it.
That's not a knowledge gap, it's a setup gap.
One of the fastest ways to close it is a Claude Project, a dedicated space for one part of your business instead of 100's of long chats that get lost and have no proper context.
