🎒 Backpack goes here
🍎 Grab your prepared snack
👕 Change clothes
📚 Start homework/quiet activity
📺 Approved screen time
🚫 Know when Mom cannot be interrupted unless it’s important

And talk about the routine BEFORE you need them to follow it.

Your child is still going to need you. You are Mom. 🩵

But a predictable routine can help them know what to do while you finish your workday.
