Courtney Batio is an interdisciplinary visual artist specialising in material based work. She is the founder of Batio Studio in Chicago which offers clients creative direction, custom visual art, and wardrobe styling services. Courtney's interdisciplinary approach derives from her fashion & performing arts degrees (Chicago & London) as well as childhood memories growing up around a theatre family business directed by her grandmother. The intention of her work is to provide viewers with rich visuals and storytelling whether that be applied through mindful details or large scale spectacle.
