It was a wonderful morning at St. Michael's Lutheran Church - Kensington helping out with their food distribution with so many friends and colleagues! Earlier this year, Senator Nikil Saval and I were able to help secure a $150,000 grant to help repair their roof to keep all of their vital services to the community going. It was also great to be joined by Christy Brady, Philadelphia City Controller and her staff!

Our community food banks are all run by small groups of dedicated volunteers, and they need your help! If you would like to get involved, give my office a call at 215-744-2600.
