🏗️ PROJECT UPDATE | TANKWA — WE'RE ON SITE! 🚛

Our Tankwa project has officially reached its next milestone!

All 3 units — 2 Bachelors + 1 Office — have been delivered to site, and our team is hard at work bringing everything together.

🔨 What's happening on site?

🏡 Positioning and completing the bachelor units
🪵 Constructing the 6m × 3m covered decks
🏗️ Erecting the roof structures
🏢 Completing the office setup, including its 12m carport structure

It's exciting to see weeks of manufacturing come together on site, especially against the incredible backdrop of the Tankwa landscape!

We're not quite finished yet! A final project reveal is coming soon, once all the site works and finishing touches are complete. 👀

And then? On to Phase 2!

We'll be moving on to a larger 2-bedroom home for the same client and farm, continuing to build on this exciting modular development.

Stay tuned — there's plenty more to come from Tankwa!

🏗️ PROJECT UNDERWAY | TANKWA

This Tankwa project is taking shape, with the first phase now well into manufacturing and delivery planned within the next few weeks.

We’re currently completing:

🏡 2 × Bachelor Units
🏢 1 × Office Unit

Once on site, each bachelor will receive a 6m × 3m deck with a roof-over, creating a generous covered outdoor living area and substantially extending the usable space of each unit.

The office will be completed with a 12m carport structure mounted over the unit, providing a large sheltered area alongside the dedicated workspace.

And this is just the beginning of what we’ll be building for this site.

Following these units, we’ll be taking on a larger 2-bedroom home for the same client and farm — turning this into a multi-phase modular project that we’re particularly excited to see develop.

For now, the countdown is on to get the bachelors and office finished, loaded and on their way to Tankwa. 🚛🌵

Delivery coming soon — and plenty more from this project to follow.

📦 WE'RE MOVING! 🚛
