Record errors caused and review the training requirements related to the errors. To increase Quality Assurance awareness in all Company personnel. To report any NCR’s to the Q.A. Manager and be involved in corrective action feedback to the customer. To maintain and improve customer relations and add value to the customer's relationships with Polyflex.
