Extreme Model Management is one of the top Modeling Agency's and the biggest Model Academy in KZN.
Since 2006 our motto is to bring out the best in each person, teaching each one what their strengths are, how to recognize and deal with their weaknesses, and to use it to the best of their ability. Students do not just learn the tools to be a great model but most of all they learn to become confident, well adjusted young people. We proved that we are much more than just another model academy. We prepare our models well, making them stand out in any crowd!

🎤 EVERY LITTLE LEGEND HAS A VOICE... AND EVERY VOICE DESERVES TO BE HEARD. 🎤
Last week's Little Legends session was all about finding our voices.
Not just learning how to speak...
But learning how to stand confidently, make eye contact, use strong body language, speak clearly, tell a story, answer questions with confidence, and believe that what we have to say matters.
One of my favourite moments was our storytelling challenge. 📖✨
Each child had just 30 seconds to tell any story they wanted.
Some shared favourite bedtime stories, others created brand-new adventures on the spot, and before long the room was filled with smiles, laughter, and children who couldn't wait for it to be their turn.
Something beautiful happened...
As they realised their friends were listening, laughing, and enjoying their stories, their confidence grew right before our eyes.
They weren't just telling stories anymore...
They were discovering that their voices could bring joy, spark imagination, and connect with others.
That's a lesson they'll carry far beyond our classroom.
We also had our very own Little Legends Interview Show! 🎤😂
The children answered fun and silly questions while learning how to communicate in full sentences, think before they speak, and express themselves with confidence.
These may seem like simple activities, but they are laying foundations for classroom participation, healthy friendships, leadership, interviews, presentations, and countless conversations they'll have throughout their lives.
At Little Legends, we're not just teaching children to speak...
✨ We're teaching them to communicate.
✨ To listen.
✨ To think.
✨ To imagine.
✨ And most importantly... To believe that their voice has value.
I couldn't be prouder of these incredible little legends and the confidence they're building session after session. 🔥👑

This weekend, our Senior Ladies and Teens stepped outside their comfort zones and into a safe space where they could grow, challenge themselves, and discover just how capable they really are.
One of the highlights of the day was our Impromptu TV Commercial Challenge. Working in teams with a random object, they had to create, plan, perform, and "sell" a commercial with very little preparation time.
Sounds fun? It absolutely was! 😄 But behind the laughter was something far more valuable.
They were developing:
✨ Confidence under pressure
🗣 Clear communication
💡 Creative and critical thinking
🤝 Teamwork and collaboration
🌟 Leadership skills
🎭 Thinking on their feet
👀 Camera awareness and presentation
❤️ Trusting their own ideas and abilities
These are the same skills they will use when introducing themselves in a job interview, giving a presentation at work or university, speaking up in a meeting, networking with new people, leading a team, or simply having the confidence to believe in themselves every single day.
At EMM Academy, we believe modeling is simply the vehicle. Our true mission is to equip people with life skills that open doors long after they leave our classroom.

Confidence changes how you see yourself.

👑 This is what legacy looks like. 👑
Some of the most beautiful stories at EMM Academy aren't written on a runway... They're written in the lives of the families who choose to grow together.
Meet Muks, Sandisiwe, and Fanele.
Fanele was the first to begin her EMM journey, growing in confidence, developing new skills, and discovering just how much she was capable of. Since then, she has moved to Cape Town to further her studies.
This weekend, while home visiting her family, she joined us in class once again... And what a special moment it was. ❤️
Because while Fanele has been away, something incredible has happened.
🔥 Her journey inspired her mom and sister to begin their own. 🔥
Now, watching all three of these remarkable women learning, laughing, encouraging one another, and stepping outside their comfort zones together is a reminder of what EMM is truly about.
🔥 This is legacy in action. 🔥
When families choose to grow together, they build more than confidence. They strengthen communication. They deepen relationships. They create shared memories. They encourage one another through challenges. They become each other's biggest cheerleaders.
The lessons don't end when class finishes—they continue around the dinner table, on the drive home, and in everyday life.
At the EMM Academy, we don't just build models. We build confident individuals, strong families, and future leaders.

This weekend our Pre-K's through to our Young Teens took on some exciting confidence challenges, and WOW... They absolutely blew us away! 🤩🔥
Throughout our classes, students worked on:
🎤 Confident introductions
🗣 Voice projection
👀 Eye contact
💬 Clear pronunciation
🎭 Facial expressions
🎬 Character building
🎨 Creativity
❤️ Confidence to step outside their comfort zones
One of the highlights? Our students had to introduce themselves as different characters—from mafia bosses and princesses to superheroes and more! 😂 The laughter was contagious, but hidden within all the fun were powerful life lessons.
They also tackled interview questions using different emotions, learning that communication isn't just about what you say—it's about how you say it.
At EMM, we don't just teach modeling. We teach young people how to communicate with confidence, express themselves authentically, think on their feet, and believe in their own voices.
Watching these incredible students grow in confidence, support one another, and celebrate each other's successes reminds us why we do what we do. 💙
Every smile, every laugh, every brave step forward is another building block towards becoming the very best version of themselves.
