Dear Inkers' Family and Readers.

It was decided on the 11th hour to include and begin our content with Script Format/Formula and lingo before diving onto practical writing.

This part of the content will be rushed and extremely summarized as it is just to give you an idea of what you will be dealing with going forth.

We just want to get to script writing and adapting Novels but we have to give the formula because you can't teach Math without it.

WHAT is HAPPENING --

Action also introduces the CHARACTER as their the one responsible for it (Action).

(example= with SCENE HEADING)

SCRIP- 31- scar on a cheek is with--

NOV- 30- tall- dark counting stolen money.

ACTION can also make cameos in between the character and always appears ON TOP of a CHARACTER doing the ACTION.

WAITER qu**ky takes the plate and rushes back to the kitchen.

WAITER
My apologies Ma'am. I will fix it.

Do not, I repeat, do not over "Action" your scenes because it takes away the freedom of actors to play with the character to their ability. And don't explain everything on ACTION- leave that to CHARACTER AND DIALOGUE to unpack.

Remember you are writing a Script not a Novel, so don't mention things that will be impossible to portray on T.V:

NOV- Female- mid 30s- dark beauty- Long hair that smells like Marshmellow.

🥹 How are we as Viewers going to know that the hair smells like Marshmellow? 😬 We are not reading the script but watching it. Keep your ACTION as straight to the point and visually as possible.

A short notice:

After thinking it through, it was decided that the name VAAL SCRIPTERS sounds like we are only focused on Vaal Writers and this came about from a question we received from one trustful who asked if the page is only for Vaal people.

We have opted for an inclusive name which will be revealed before 10 AM today, officially saying goodbye to Poetic Clan...

So to our Scripters, all 7 of you stay tuned for the name change- a step closer to launching a page that is for and most importantly you- .
