Leadership begins from home, how you relate to your wife and children and also other family members.

When you have a heart to help your family and show them love equally, you will have the same compassion for the people you lead.

Some leaders will claim to have come to save the interest on the people but it's only there personal interest.

Therefore it is another critical period when people should decide who to superintend the affairs of a nation. It is very clear for people to make a distinction between between the current one and the opposition.

There are notable facts to this, looking at how the social sector has been funded eg cash for work, social cash transfer, partial withdraw, free education all aimed at improving the lives of the people.

There are other developments that has been done and work continues because development can't wait.

I urge zambians to be focused and steadfast with were the country is headed to. As we move into elections, let not overzealous people distract you from seeing the gains and the positive developmental direction of this government.
