From creating projects for fictional clients to finally landing a real one — this was a big milestone for me.
At first, I was nervous and unsure how to approach the design. For a moment, I let doubt and silence take over. Then an idea struck 💡.
I got to work, focused on bringing the vision to life, and the final result turned out better than I imagined. Although I made a few revisions based on the client's feedback, she was impressed with the outcome.
This experience reminded me that growth comes from taking action, even when you're uncertain.

A client once said, “I love it… but I won’t post it.
That line humbled me.
I’d spent 6 hours on that design. Clean layout. Trendy colors. Perfect spacing. Portfolio-worthy.
And completely useless to the client.
That’s when I learned:
•Design must work, not just impress.
Pretty doesn’t pay the bills.
Aesthetic doesn’t equal engagement.
If the audience doesn’t get it or act on it, it failed — no matter how good it looks to other designers.
Now I ask 3 questions before I touch anything:
1. What’s the goal of this post?
2. What do we want the viewer to do?
3. Will my grandma understand it in 3 seconds?
If the answer is “look cool”... back to the drawing board.
