Most people in this market learn it from the brokerage side. Valeriya Niklyaeva learned it from the other end of the table.
She joins Invespy today as Business Development Manager for the platform — and she arrives from the developer side, where an entire Oman portfolio ran through her when it reached the Dubai market. She found the agencies. She onboarded them. She ran the briefings, built the investment numbers, and stayed on it until those agencies were actually selling.
That is the job here, at a different scale. Invespy connects 4,000+ partner agencies and brokers across 40+ markets to live developer inventory, accurate collateral and direct developer access. Valeriya’s mandate is to bring more of that market onto the platform — and to make sure the agencies she brings on are still producing three months later, not just registered.
She knows exactly what a developer needs from a broker network, because she has spent her career being the one who had to ask for it.
