Dubai Sharks R.F.C.

A BIG weekend of rugby for the Sharks, with teams in action across the club and plenty to celebrate, learn from and build on.

From the Ladies kicking off their season, to a 41–10 win for the Super 3s, and the 1XV & Development teams getting their campaigns underway. The Sharks were well and truly back in action. 🔥

Wins, tough battles, Sharks debuts, standout performances and plenty of positives across the board.

One club. One family. One big season ahead. 🙌🏽

🦈 THE SHARKS HAVE GOT SOME NEW WHEELS! 🦈
A massive thank you to one of our fantastic club members for very generously donating this golf buggy to the Dubai Sharks. 💙

And then our brilliant club sponsors Echo Cargo & Shipping took it to the next level. They took the buggy away, gave it a full service, got everything sorted and then completely Sharkified it — right down to the custom Sharks seat covers! 🔥

It’s an absolutely brilliant addition to the club and another great example of the people and businesses within our Sharks community going above and beyond to support us.

A huge thank you from everyone at the Dubai Sharks to Echo Cargo & Shipping for the time, effort and generosity they’ve put into getting our new Sharks ride looking this good.
Safe to say… she’s looking pretty bloody smart! 😍🦈

🦈🦈 THE 3RD XV ARE BACK

Tomorrow sees the first game of the season for the mighty 3rd XV as we take on Dubai Hurricanes at Al Habtoor - 8pm KO!

Expect nothing less than the highest quality rugby the third team can possibly offer. Ch*****ne rugby? Absolutely. Fine margins? Probably. Unforced errors? Almost certainly.

A particularly special moment awaits as Adam and his son Charlie take to the pitch together, both on opposite wings. A proud father-son moment… until Charlie burns him for pace.

We’re excited to see Joshy Ives return to the pitch also. The man, the myth, the enormous calves. After months of waiting, the calves are finally ready to grace the rugby field once again.

First game of the season. New faces, familiar faces, questionable decision-making.

3rd XV rugby. It doesn’t get much better than this. 💙🏉

🔙 THROWBACK THURSDAY 🔙

Taking it back to 2023 and our Shark Ladies looking pretty in pink!

Strong women. Strong team. And with October marking Breast Cancer Awareness Month; there couldn’t be a better time to bring this one back. 🩷

🩷 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🩷

This month, Dubai Sharks stands together to raise awareness, show our support and honour everyone affected by breast cancer: The fighters, the survivors, those we’ve lost and the families standing beside them.

On and off the pitch; we’re always stronger together. 💖

Spread hope. Raise awareness.
