The second cohort of our Summer Accelerator programme brings together sixteen colleagues from across AWR Group, representing a broad cross-section of businesses, functions and career paths.
Over the coming months, participants will deepen technical expertise, strengthen leadership capabilities and learn alongside colleagues whose experiences extend far beyond their own disciplines. The programme advances our continued investment in developing capability from within and creating opportunities for people to grow at every stage of their careers.

Our 2025 Sustainability & Impact Report brings the data behind our progress into sharper focus - and turns attention to what it enables us to do next: identify where impact is greatest, build on areas of momentum and sharpen priorities across our portfolio.
In 2025, we reduced total Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 23%, while onsite solar generation increased to 2,660 MWh - more than ten times the 2024 total. These outcomes form part of wider progress across emissions reduction, clean energy, circularity, responsible operations and national talent development.
Guided by our four ESG pillars - Innovation, Inclusion, Impact and Integration - this clearer Group-wide view provides a stronger basis for focused action, investment and accountability across our businesses.

Stretching along the UAE's coastline, mangrove forests quietly protect shorelines, support biodiversity and strengthen the resilience of the environments and communities around them. Their value is measured not only in what they are today, but in what they help preserve for the future.
As we mark the International Day for the Conservation of the Mangrove Ecosystem, we're looking back on a commitment that has continued to grow year after year.
Since 2022, colleagues from across AWR Group have contributed more than 400 volunteer hours through four mangrove planting initiatives, representing over 100 employee volunteer participations and helping establish approximately 120 mangroves across the UAE.
While the numbers tell part of the story, the lasting value lies in something less measurable: people choosing to invest their time in protecting the natural systems that sustain future generations.

World Youth Skills Day brings focus to one of the most important transitions in any career: the move from education into meaningful participation in the workplace.
Across AWR Group, our internships, apprenticeships and education partnerships give young people direct exposure to real business environments - helping them understand industry expectations, apply their learning and begin developing the confidence, judgement and practical capability that careers demand.
More than 275 internship and apprenticeship opportunities created in 2025 reflect a broader, ongoing approach to talent development: connecting education with employment, opening access to diverse industries and creating stronger entry points for emerging talent across the UAE.
As the skills required by businesses continue to evolve, so must the pathways into them. By bringing young people closer to the workplace, we are helping build a generation that enters it with relevant experience, greater clarity and the ability to create value from the outset.
