A new chapter begins as we celebrate the official opening of Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere, with our Founder & Chairman, Rahail Aslam, joining Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to officiate the ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the launch of this iconic destination.
Acquired and transformed by Select Group, Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere has been thoughtfully reimagined in partnership with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts into one of UK's most anticipated luxury countryside resorts.
Set across 157 acres overlooking The Mere Lake, the resort features 116 guestrooms and 23 suites, the newly opened Gordon Ramsay at The Mere restaurant, a championship 18-hole golf course, an award-worthy spa and wellness destination, and exceptional event spaces designed to host everything from intimate celebrations to grand occasions.
