Sommer ist wunderschön – für unsere Haare aber Hochsaison für Stress 🥵 UV-Strahlung, Hitze, Luftfeuchtigkeit, Salz- & Chlorwasser greifen die Haarstruktur an, entziehen Feuchtigkeit und können die Schuppenschicht rauer & poröser machen. Dazu kommen mehr Waschen, lufttrocknen lassen, verwurschtelte Dutts und wider holes Styling, weil nichts lange hält → mehr Frizz, Trockenheit & vor allem mehr Risiko für Haarbruch 😐

Meine aktuelle Routine (ich verwendet nuuur éla Natural Beauty):
- vor dem Waschen: Kopfhhautmassage mit Haaröl
- 2x Shampoo (rosa oder türkis)
- Haarkur, auch gerne länger drin lassen
- ein paar Tropfen Haaröl in die nassen Längen
- Hitzeschutz ins nasse Haar, egal ob direkt stylen oder erst lufttrocknen lassen
- Trockenshampoo meistens schon ab Tag 2
- für Sleek Frisuren / Pferdeschwänze lieber Babyhaarwachs statt Haarspray, damit die Haare nicht steif werden und abbrechen
