EP137 - Global Underground - Aug25
Inspired by Scrappy Do aka Pasha Nirouzad making his 2nd set last week, I had a window last night and did some solid record shopping. Bought 36 tunes to fuel 2 different styled mixes over the next few weeks.

I recorded the first mix today having no time to filter or plan the set, this was a blind recording. With tunes from Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Franky Wah, Guj J, Sebastian Leger, Trilucid, M.O.S. amongst others I am really happy with how this turned out and I have not listened to it back yet. This is a banger!

This ,music is Progressive but at times deeper and tribal,. just quality house music for a club. My average mix was 2mins with some up to 2min45 sets. Really happy with this technically. Get this one on and turned up. In the coming days I will record the second set which is more uplifting.

Tracklist:
1 Mythica (Extended Mix) Cendryma - UV Noir

EP138 - Under The Sun - Progressive House - Dec25
Inspired by Scrappy Do aka Pasha Nirouzad making his 2nd set recently, I had a window and did some solid record shopping. Bought 36 tunes forv2 different styled mixes.

Both were unplanned and blind recorded really. With tunes from Trilucid, G*i Barone, Dave Seaman, Cendryma, D-Nox, Ezequiel Arias, Durante, Boxer, Fordal amongst others, I am really happy with how both of these turned out.

This set is more Progressive but retains some of the deeper, tribal flavour of the Global Underground set. This starts slower but then moves into more of an uplifting house music for a club. My average mix reduced to 1m30 from 2m as these progressive tunes don’t allow longer mixes. Get this one on and turned up.

EP140 - Full Circle - A Journey in House - Festival Set v- Jan26

EP141 - Take Me Home - Soulful House - Aug26
Unprecedented year.... Started messing with some soulful tunes to use for warm up sets at Mick Willow and Simmo’s new Vocal House day night party called Culture DXB on the Palm in Dubai.

Got a little sidetracked and August arrived! This is a 2hr mix of soulful classics and some new tunes I bought. Not the tightest mixing, it has been a while! Also a few live instrument tracks with varied tempo that were a nightmare to mix, Nevertheless I really hope you enjoy these Soulful tunes, they are meant to spread love and feeling good. I’ll be back ASAP with a b2b set with Pasha Nirouzad aka Scrappy ‘Fluff’ Do.

EP142 - No Promises - Vocal House - Aug26

Culture is a vocal house movement pioneered by Mick Willow and Alex Simmons with tracks released on Culture Sound Recordings. Culture held its launch party in Dubai in Feb26 pre war which was wild 12:00 to 12:00. They had Julie McKnight booked for the for the 2nd one which will be held when things settle in future. Culture is for non pretentious yet discerning house music lovers.

did some digging in my record crates (USB) to find some vocal house classics from over the years. The result is No Promises. 22 tunes and 2 hours of ‘vocal house’ spanning a few House genres. I could see this as a middle/bridge set at the event. Note the incredible album artwork from Lee Jacko at Rebel Creates featuring the follow up sunrise from Ep141’s sunset.
