But I can tell you what’s actually true: no business will fix a relationship that isn’t meant to work. If the foundation isn’t there, nothing you build on top of it will hold.

What it did do for us: gave us something to communicate about beyond the day to day, gave us a shared goal instead of two separate lives running in parallel, and gave us a financial target we were both actually working toward, together.
