**Dance Of Resistance**

What is it I am resisting to?

What is keeping me from feeling free?

⛓️⛓️⛓️

The convenient answer seems to be: Everything which is wrong with the world.

💣💀👹💥

But something tells me that's not true.

How can dancing make me feel free, if it didn't change anything about the things which are wrong with the world???

"My capoeira is about self expression, characters, stories, physicality, quirkiness, connectivness, navigating the inner domains and healing the physical, the mental and the spiritual.

Our class will be about studying our inner worlds through improvisation, music, emotional states of being and the 6 natural elements.

Its experimental nature will help us bridge the gap between our inner experience and the domain of Capoeira."
