What a start to the day at Europasaal, WIFI Graz. A special highlight: April Yoho opening our second edition with her keynote “Shipping Software in the Age of Agents” — the perfect kickoff for a full day of talks across two stages.

In “Architecting the AI-Ready Repo”, Papa Issa Diakhaté and Maik Müller show how context, structure, and reusable configurations can make AI assistance more useful.

Expect hands-on work with prompt files, custom skills, agents, and repository setups built for real development teams.
Papa brings 13+ years of experience in enterprise platforms, DevSecOps, APIs, and CI/CD.

In “Architecting the AI-Ready Repo”, Maik Müller and Papa Issa Diakhaté show how to prepare repositories for agentic development.
You’ll work with instructions, prompt files, custom skills, and specialized agents — and learn how to make those setups reusable across teams.
Maik brings the GitHub and developer workflow perspective to this hands-on workshop.
