Tailor-Made Training on Complex Cross-Border Cooperation and Technical Casework for Nazaha, Saudi Arabia

From 14 to 15 July 2026, IACA delivered a two-day tailor-made training programme in Riyadh for the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Nazaha) on Complex Cross-Border Cooperation and Technical Casework.

Led by experts Hein Dries and Goran Jankoski, the programme covered Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) for asset tracing, blockchain analytics, international cooperation and Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA), and the technical aspects of cross-border financial investigations.

It was a pleasure to host the EU Heads of Mission Coordination Meeting at IACA's Laxenburg campus on 8 July 2026.

Chaired by Ambassador Carl Hallergard, Head of the EU Delegation in Vienna, the meeting took place under the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union and was represented by Ambassador Barbara Cullinane, Permanent Representative of Ireland.

IACA’s Dean, Mr. Drago Kos, presented the Academy’s work and its commitment to strengthening cooperation with the EU and its Member States.

Tailor-Made Training on Integrity and Anti-Corruption in Esports for Nazaha, Saudi Arabia

From 23 to 24 June 2026, IACA delivered a Tailor-made Training on Integrity and Anti-Corruption in Esports for the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Nazaha) in Riyadh.

With instruction from Ignat Bobrovich and Ian Smith, 24 participants explored governance, integrity frameworks, and practical approaches to detecting, investigating, and addressing integrity risks and corruption challenges within the rapidly evolving esports sector.

🎓 The 16th International Anti-Corruption Summer Academy (IACSA) has come to a close. 🎓

From 8 to 12 June 2026, 73 participants from 32 countries and jurisdictions gathered at IACA's campus in Laxenburg, Austria, for five intensive days dedicated to advancing integrity, transparency, and ethical leadership.

As IACA's flagship training programme, IACSA brought together professionals from the public and private sectors, international organizations, academia, civil society, and the media. Together, they explored today's most pressing anti-corruption themes — from global corruption trends and the use of OSINT in investigations, to the growing role of artificial intelligence in both prevention and ethical leadership.

IACA extends its sincere gratitude to distinguished faculty, partners, and the Siemens Integrity Initiative – Evolve Funding Round, whose support made this year's programme possible.
