It's a life well lived! In 2014 my dad passed away unexpectedly. In that moment things really changed for me. As many others in my situation have before me, I had the epiphany of how short life is and how our tomorrows are not guaranteed. I decided I would make it a priority to discover and live my "dream life". I learned a few things along the way...
1. TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH
We can't enjoy all the fruits of life if our bodies are sick. Whatever you do get as many fruits and veggies into your body as possible!
2. TAKE CARE OF YOUR MIND
This could easily be looked at as an extension on #1. In our modern days of technology and instant gratification it is sooo important to take time for mental hygiene.
3. CHERISH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY
We are a species that thrives off connection (real life.. in person.. offline connection!). Make spending time with friends and family a priority and cherish every minute of it.
4. AND LASTLY, DO THE THINGS THAT LIGHT YOUR SOUL ON FIRE
For me its yoga, climbing, hiking, and snowboarding.. Ultimately, it's spending time in nature. It really could be anything.. Find out what sets your soul on fire and do as much of it as possible! THIS BRINGS US TO THE DREAM LIFE REVOLUTION:
Taking care of just me isn't enough.. I want to help and inspire as many people as I can to take charge of their lives. I am not a master of everything but there are a few tools in my toolbox I'd love to share:
1. Yoga and Meditation- I have been practicing yoga since I was 17 years old. Yoga has transformed my life and its my honor to be able to share that with others.
2. Health and Nutrition- Like many young women in this day in age I struggled with disordered eating through most of my early 20s.. Although I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone I am grateful for passion for nutrition it ignited within me. I have teamed up with a company who has transformed my health and helped me finally see resolve in my disordered eating to offer guidance/support for others in both bettering their own health and making a living helping others to do the same!
3. Social Media- I am so grateful for this medium of connection. I have met SO many amazing people through my Instagram page. It is my hope to inspire others to carve out a life they love! Are you ready to join the Dream Life Revolution? Sincerely,
Arielle
I always said it wouldn’t happen to me…
But with a full-time job, a toddler, a content creator side hustle, and a house to keep organized it just sort of sneaks up on you. Life was moving too fast to notice myself slowly slipping away.
I don’t exactly know what this journey will look like but I do know this, I’m ready to find myself again. To remember that rest and fun and self expression are an essential part of a vibrant life.

I never end up getting in as many days in the bike park as I intend to… I guess I could actually say that about all my summer activities 😅 the summer always seems to fly by and I can’t seem to pick what thing is “my thing”.
Fun fact- I waited years to get into biking (even though I knew I’d love it) because I didn’t want anything to take away from climbing or hiking.
Algorithmically, I’m a mess with my “hoe of all hobbies” mentality but as I get older I think about it this way… how lucky am I to have so many activities that bring me joy. So many ways to feel alive.
The bike park days may be coming to an end but the views are magical right now, the temps are perfect, and fall/winter come with a whole new collection of hobbies to jump back into.
Cheers to never choosing one thing 🥂
Race details 👇🏼
Lead King Loop 25k (my watch ended at 15.99 miles though so prepare for it to be tiny bit longer than 25k)
Elevation Gain: Roughly 3,300ft (again from my watch but I always take that with a grain of salt)
Dates: Race is Mid-Sept with sign up opening early summer
Race size: this year there was 146 participants in the 25k (note that they also have a kids run and 8 mile quarry run)
Trail condition- almost entire race is run on a 4x4 dirt road so it’s easy to pass and space out
When do you see the Crystal Mill? About 3/4 of the way through. You pass right by it! Not need to get off route at all.

Last week I ran my first running race ever and I had an absolutely amazing freaking time doing it. I pushed myself harder than I have in forever and ended up with a time 30 mins faster than my goal time…
And then I opened my phone to hop online and two of the moms I follow (with even younger kiddos than me) WON their huge ultra races and you know what my first thought was…
F**K YEAH MAMAS.
For maybe the first time in my life I’m starting to feel settled in myself and I can celebrate their wins without it meaning anything about me.
Did I win my race? Not even close. But as a working mom with a corporate job, a content side hustle, an autoimmune condition, and a 3 year old, I can confidently say I gave it my all and had an absolutely freaking amazing time doing it. I’m really fu***ng proud of myself for finding a way to still prioritize myself in an insanely busy chapter of life.
The truth is I spent wayyy too much of my life trapped in the comparison game and I’m over it. No matter where you are or what you are working towards, I’m your biggest cheerleader. You’ve got this mama 🫶🏻
You in? 🚁❄️
Haha but for real, this was an incredible trip and if you have a chance to visit New Zealand in the winter I highly recommend it!
And even if you have to work extra shifts for a month to pay for it, you gotta get up in a helicopter there. Whether you ski or not the views are truly 🤯
👀
What was the biggest deciding factor for or against having more kids for you?
Please read this before reacting:
1. This is a judgment-free zone, and I believe every family needs to decide what’s right for them. I have no judgment whatsoever toward anyone who has made different choices than us (unless, of course, you are exploiting your kids for internet fame or money, but I def don’t think that’s the case for most people). I think we are all doing the best we can with the information we have in a rapidly changing world.
2. This conversation is nuanced and evolving. I’m sure my opinions on this will continue to evolve too.
3. I know this can be a heated topic, and I definitely think having some constructive conversations with people who have differing views can be really helpful. That said, if anyone becomes rude or combative, I will block you, and I won’t feel bad about it.
The Aspen Snowmass winter countdown begins…
0 days until my winter stoke starts
12 days until season pass rates increase (Sept 18th)
81 days until the lift starts spinning (Nov 26th)
Anyone else as excited as I am?
