Hustle is a partner dance that emerged from Black and Latinx LGBTQ+ communities in the Bronx in the 1970s. What makes it special is its non-gendered roles: anyone can be a Leader or Follower, regardless of gender.
sky & invite you to explore the world of Hustle with curiosity and openness, no partner needed!

Basic
Learn the fundamentals of Hustle, including basic steps, connection, and figures, with time for improvisation and putting everything together.

Intermediate
Deepen your basics, learn more advanced figures, and develop your individual dancing.

Both workshops are open to partner changes and all participants will dance with different people throughout the class.✨

Join Kamil Mrozowski for a workshop combining gymnastics-based stretching and strength training to improve body awareness, mobility, and flexibility. 🤸🏻‍♀️

You’ll work towards deeper ranges of motion, with a focus on the front split, side split, and backbend, while strengthening the core, legs, hip flexors, and back. 🌱

A workshop with Julia exploring the connection between body, movement, and emotions. Through improvisation, we’ll tune into our inner world, express and experience emotions, and reflect on different ways of relating to them.
The workshop offers a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration at your own pace. No previous experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring an extra sweater.💫💫

A contemporary workshop with a different aesthetic approach let by Bruno 💥

Open to everyone, this class explores new qualities of movement and expression through the use of a floor-length black skirt. Inspired by Expressionism, Sufism, folklore, and Flamenco, the skirt becomes a tool to explore extension, weight, space, the floor, and the relationship with our own bodies.
