Meet Caro ✨
Caro knows FAME from the inside out, starting as a customer before becoming a coordinator and now a coach. She learned boxing right here at FAME, proving that you don’t need a fighting background to become strong, confident and skilled on the bag.
Her classes are all about good energy, clear technique and zero intimidation, creating a space where everyone feels capable and welcome, whether it’s your first punch or your fiftieth round.
Expect carefully curated beats ranging from disco and 80s classics to 90s hits and pop, mixed with driving rhythms to keep you moving. Her full-body exercises will leave you feeling strong and empowered from start to finish.
