Surprise your Mother with a fool-proof cocktail on Mother’s Day!
The Tom Collins is an easy to make and easily customisable cocktail, with which you can make everyone go “Wow!”. Add some extra flavour by replacing the sugar syrup with your favourite fruit syrup (our favourite variations are elderberry and raspberry).
Instructions:
- Fill up a highball glass with ice cubes
- 50ml (Tanqueray) Gin
- 30ml lemon juice
- 20ml syrup of your choice (we used sugar syrup)
- Fill up the glass with soda
- Mix gently
- Top it off with Angostura Bitters
- Garnish and enjoy!😉
If you’re not confident in your mixing skills, come visit the .bar on Saturday, and let our bartenders spoil you and your mother with delicious drinks! 🥂
