And that’s a wrap! How we spent the final day of our offsite ✨

We kicked off Day 2 with an action-packed teambuilding session hosted by teamazing. Split into teams, we faced a series of creative, funny, and surprisingly competitive challenges that got everyone moving and laughing right away. It was the perfect way to start the morning with high energy. 🤝⚡

After that, it was already time to head back - but not without one last stop. On our way home, we took a detour up to Hohe Wand for our final feedback round. Sitting together in the fresh air, reflecting on the weekend, and sharing open thoughts was the perfect ending to an amazing two days.

Yes, we actually built and launched real rockets at our company offsite last weekend. 🚀

Following our keynotes, the brilliant minds from the TU Vienna Space Team led a hands-on workshop where we got to design, assemble, and launch our very own mini-rockets into the sky! Seeing our creations actually take off was pure fun and proof that we can build pretty much anything when we put our heads together. 💥

After an action-packed afternoon, we wrapped up the evening in the best way possible: sitting around a cozy campfire, sharing stories, and enjoying good conversations under the stars. 💫

Last weekend, the Formunauts team packed their bags and headed to Linsberg Asia for our annual company offsite.

We started Day 1 with our founders, Max & Reini, who set the tone for the entire weekend with a presentation focused on team bonds, our shared journey, and what makes us thrive together. To kick things off properly, everyone got their hands on fresh new Formunauts gear which obviously called for an immediate team photoshoot! 📸

To top off the first session, Gernot Grömer gave a captivating talk, taking us into the world of Analog Mars Missions and pushing us to think way beyond our everyday horizons. 🌌

A strong start that set the perfect tone for the rest of our time together. But the best part was yet to come... 👇

Fantastic offsite with our Customer Care team in Kraków! ✨

We gathered in Kraków for a few dedicated days together. With our colleagues spread between Austria and Ukraine, it proved to be the ideal spot to meet in the middle. It was a wonderful opportunity to bridge distance and simply connect in person.

During the retreat, we dived deep into our strategic processes to make our support even better, but the real highlight was everything in between - sharing great meals, exploring the beautiful sights of the city, and enjoying genuine, quality time together.
