Another milestone in the Diary Suite revision machinery: our first Windows setup is running.

A temporary Proton Drive interruption showed us that one provider had become too important to delivery. We responded by establishing a private GitHub release lane, building the first governed Cockpit Central Windows .exe, and verifying it on DIANEMOBILE108.

Proton recovered and remains an additional resilient lane. Thank you to Proton for restoring service—and for the useful lesson the interruption made visible. This is sincere gratitude, not a sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or claim of a substantive human response; the acknowledgement we received was automated.

Without that Proton interruption, Diary Resilience would not have become a distinct portfolio capability when it did.

Beta testing is not open yet. It remains gated by lifecycle, telemetry and privacy consent, signing, recovery, repair, rollback, uninstall, and final acceptance evidence.
