We are excited to share photos of the upcoming three double storey houses in the beautiful suburb of Mitchell Park, SA. These double storey three-bedroom houses showcase efficient use of interior spaces maximizing the use of available land. On the ground floor, a bright and spacious open plan living area connects to the backyard open space. Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms with ample natural lights await. The bedrooms overlooking the street showcases large south facing windows to bring in natural light. The use of timber-look cladding in the front elevation gives a sleek modern look to the dwellings.
Just weeks ago we were preparing drawings and today, the precast panels are going up. Once completed, this site will host eight town-houses, retail spaces including a spacious supermarket, a cafe and two eateries.
